Package Information

This page is dedicated to providing comprehensive information on standard packages offered by Creative Genes Studios and this should be read in conjunction with the terms of service which can be found here. The service items in each package cannot be exchanged individually or in groups for a refund or any monetary value. If the client does not need all the line items in the package or requires a few items, the client is still required to pay the full fee of the package unless a custom package has been created and agreed upon with the client.

 

Website Design/Development Packages 

Basic

Pages x5 (This is the home page, the main landing page of the website, the services page where you display your services or products, then get a galley or portfolio page where you showcase your work, then you get an about us page where you give more information about the business, and lastly it is the contact us page that has all the information for the contact you.)

Premium theme (Unique website design layout and features to improve user experience. You will be able to make changes to the theme if want but you will not get updates for new versions of the theme. To get new updates of the theme you will need to buy the rights of the theme as an additional feature.)

SSL Security (An SSL certificate is a bit of code on your web server that provides security for online communications. When a web browser contacts your secured website, the SSL certificate enables an encrypted connection.)

Speed Optimization (One of the key factors in user experience is the website speed if the website lags and takes too long to load you can lose potential business. Speed optimization is the process of removing redundant tasks processed by the website and reducing the size of the content in order to improve the speed of the website)

Performance grade (These are performance KPIs that we set out at the beginning to achieve such as loading speed and mobile responsiveness. We use independent testing tools such as  Gtmetrix to analyze and benchmark the quality of the website.) 

Project Management (The website design is treated as a project and therefore project proposal is submitted with timelines and KPIs to be delivered. In addition to this, a service-level agreement is signed by both parties. The website is built offsite and then transferred later once it is completed)

 

Virtual Training (30 min) (This is a virtual training presented over Teams, and Zoom on how to upload content on the website and how to make changes. This session is not meant to teach people to be able to design websites or customize it or maintain it, it is strictly to allow the client to be able to upload content on a regular basis or make updates when necessary like changing contact information or prices and pictures.

Social Media Ads campaign (Social Media campaign means running paid ads on Facebook or Instagram or both. The social media campaign involves creating an ad, usually a poster or a short video accompanied by a short ad copy. The ad is then run to certain demographics at a specified location to attract engagement. The client should attend to the replies and engagement that result from the ad unless they requested management services from Creative Genes).

Landing page x1 (A landing page is a web page created on the client’s website (if they have a website) or an external platform that offers a specific product/service/lead magnet. Creative Genes will create one at the begging of each campaign.)

Notes:

  • Social media posts followed by “x(numbers)” refers to the number of posts that will be generated per month.
  • Google ads followed by “x(numbers)” refers to the number of different campaigns that can be run, 1 means one campaign. 
  • All digital marketing packages exclude ad spending and platform costs. Platform costs could be Mailchimp mailing services which charge users a fee for sending bulk emails using that service. Ad spending is the money spent on running/boosting ads on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and also Google ads.
  • It’s possible that some websites use old themes or plugins that do not have updates or their updates cause the website to fail or be dysfunctional in some of its operations. In such cases, clients will have to pay for updates for third-party providers or pay Creative Genes for rebuilding the site or fixing it with new alternatives with updates.
  • Lead generation through the customer journey may require automation software and the subscription costs will be covered by the client.

Brand style guide (A brand style guide is a rulebook that explains how an organization presents itself to the world through its logo, font and color selections, photography, and much more. Put another way, it’s a reference tool that helps maintain consistency in what a brand looks, feels, and sounds like.

 

Video Services Packages

 

Basic

Time 30-60 sec (This is the time the final video will play for. It is possible that the recorded content might be longer than this, but this will be the final time of the video. It can be less but not more than this specified time)

 

Stock Video (This is generic content of royalty-free high-quality footage that is curated and edited to suit the specific script of the video)

Background music (This is royalty-free music that plays in the background of a video)

Different format HD (All videos come in HD and also small re-sized version is provided for sharing on social media)

Revisions x2 (This is the maximum amount re-edits allowed of the final video)

 

Animation 

Script (This is basically the story of the video written down and directs how the video is created)
